I really do believe that the raw vegan way is a spiritual path. My girlfriend and I both come from a long history of spiritual practices and apparently you have gone thru much yourself in your own way. Hey Dan, ever since I've discovered u'r vids. You have been a personal inspiration to me and although I'm not 100% raw/ vegan, I have currently lost over 64lbs. in three months. My health is improving as well, the arthritis pain nearly gone, my skin is clearing up, my mood is much better " less NEGATIVE" . All aspects of my life has improved, and its because I watch a vid. of u everyday. All I can say is, THANKS MAN! U'R THE MAN!

I think you're so right. Building people up is something you have to practice because "self" wants to get all up in everything every minute of the day lol. It wants so much attention. So you have to knock self down and tbuld other's up. It's a good thing because he we are all doing our part then you will be build up too b someone else!!! It's like a chain relation....you build someone up and someone will build you up (without you even forcing them to do so)!!!!!
Feeling good as a price and it certainly has priority. At least it should have priority. It should be the PRIME priority. It should be your prime directive if i may say.. Because you see when you feel good you are in control of your environment. It is always a vibrational energy to be in control of ones life and to Feel good while doing so. In other words it feels good to feel good and so it motivates you to expend.. to do more. Expension is Evolution. It is to say moving in time forward..

I think you're so right. Building people up is something you have to practice because "self" wants to get all up in everything every minute of the day lol. It wants so much attention. So you have to knock self down and tbuld other's up. It's a good thing because he we are all doing our part then you will be build up too b someone else!!! It's like a chain relation....you build someone up and someone will build you up (without you even forcing them to do so)!!!!!

Feeling good as a price and it certainly has priority. At least it should have priority. It should be the PRIME priority. It should be your prime directive if i may say.. Because you see when you feel good you are in control of your environment. It is always a vibrational energy to be in control of ones life and to Feel good while doing so. In other words it feels good to feel good and so it motivates you to expend.. to do more. Expension is Evolution. It is to say moving in time forward..

Positve feedback is a great thing. I am subbed to you but i can't remember ever seeing any of your vids. I am gonna take more notice of your vids because i can tend to be a negative person. It's not through choice... i just struggle to be positive. Not really in to raw food at all to be honest ha ha. Talking about helping people...Dan, you helped me too. Remotely and indirectly, via your videos. I was on raw food instinctively, as it suits my mind-body constitution. yea, the energy at the ashram is out of this world! I also love Ananda up there. It makes me sad to hear Christians will not attend. That's the beauty of being free of organized religion ... a person can visit an ashram or a Jewish temple or a Catholic church and have the same spiritual experience. There is no confusion once you're free. So glad to hear you are soaking up all that wonderful energy, you look great!
