I wonder if these people know that their precious earth that they care so much about is not immortal, but on a timer that will run out eventually? Also my answer to their so called solar panels helping keep the planet alive is: the sun is a FINITE resource (I doubt they know that). Eventually it will stop keeping the earth warm, and the earth itself will become a ice ball.

Thats true but it will take like 5 million years. solar panels will free us from tyranny. I don't know if global warming is going on, but solar panels give us control over our energy needs.
