mason remey is not the second gaurdian. he is in no way related to the house of Aghsan, nor can he speak Arabic of Persian. the only "second gaurdian" can be the son of Shoghi Effendi and Ruhiyyih Khanum, as they had no children there is not second gaurdian.

Nonsense. The Guardian is not a translator. He is guided by the Holy Spirit to make proper interpretations. It is not a situation of having to have a command of a language.
