@ydelle I'm sure the vast majority of people know that most Americans are just like everyone else, and not rich and stuck up at all. It's just the role the film requires to justify the failure of the relationship.
I don't like the character of the rich girl American -they always portray Americans with a broad pen -that we have no manners and are rude. No one I know is like that. We respect the differences.
