@Zaitsevsz : im in a concentrated fatigue block right now.. high rep lifting (multiple sets of 10RM & 20 rep squats) is very effective at putting on mass /strength.. i'm transitioning into a short peaking block soon, then i'll get back to what i'm doing currently.. i need alot more mass on my legs & I want to push a 3xBW half squat like it's a toy.. so, volume will get me there.. i've gone from 225 x 5 to 285 x 5 (definitely stronger than 285 x 5 though) in 1 month and 1 week lol.
