I have a question for those willing to answer.

If Witch Hunter is supposed to be purifying and not harmful-

Then how come it destroys the ground here and slices the pillars in the fight with Mosquito, but doesn't harm Rachel's body when Maka kills Medusa? all the physical damage implies some sort of physical matter. So why can it cut somethings, but doesn't cut.... well, people, unless they're evil?

On a side note, Witch Hunter is the coolest anime technique ever.
