@talkingelement First of all its "they're" as in a shortening of "they" and "are" not "there" as in here and there. Secondly the firm is mixed Maori, Tongan and Samoan. Thirdly they didnt "need" me, they took me on and I was grateful for the cash and the experience. Fourthly the only "Prisoner Of her Majesty" on this thread, my 25 year old Australian friend, would be your great, great, great grandfather.
@streetfightsecrets - I used to go there all the time - haven't been there for about a year though - gutted I missed out - lemme know if you come back to NZ again.
I've got a great idea for a self protection CD/DVD. Wait for it......New Zealand SAS fight secrets. I could pretend to be NZ SAS,(just have to practice my kiwi accent...G,day mate), you could do all your NLP stuff, it would be ace. This time next year we'll be millionaires.
And we'll get away with it to as long as those pesky Sun journo's keep there noses out!!
Good idea I used to do security / crowd control and looking at it now there isn't too much training around for it. I'm not just talking about the physical part I'm talking methods to evide a conflict, and braking up fights from the outside.
Kia ora Richie, thanks for teaching kiwis about door work. As you probably know we need to be more professional in this area, not just the rugby...I wish you every success.
Been following you on here for a while mate, have one of your DVD's too. I'm a door supervisor in Merseyside and look forward to seeing the rest of this NZ visit. Keep it up mate, stay safe
@simfamSP NZ is awesome mate, boxing presence is strong, worked on a boxing match in Auckland about 3 weeks back, big turnout. MMA is getting big here too.
@Edalb123 Yeah. As long as you are big, you can be a bouncer or doorman in the States. They could care less about qualifications. You don't even have to be certified.
I agree with the other guy, this is slightly polished; it's a good direction. You can keep the 'guy next door' feel with the quick and dirty updates. Finding and sticking to a simple streetfightsecrets feel can't be anything but a good thing. When's your next 40% sale? I've got a new card that paypal's not going to spit on this time around...
Why would NZ need a Pom to be a doorman. Ah I think there called Maoris and you will only need one

Richard, do you know who DRONEvans is/was? I do mate.
DRONEvans, you have more chance of Sephen Hawkings tiling your bathroom than ever meeting Richard. Good luck to you both regardless.

@baldymonster88 AAaahh looked him up based on the username, a combatives instructor spitting his dummy out

My daughter in law is doing a degree there.
And I was there earlier this year.
Otherwise, what the hell does my age and current location have to do with it?

@DRONEvans everything if your commenting on a bar you have never been to yourself, which its apparent - you havent.

Surely The Ferguson is the uni bar in Albany?
Amazed they need too much in the way of doormen out there.
DRONEvans 1 year ago
@DRONEvans you're profile says your 65 and in the UK - amazed you'd have been to the bar to know what you are talking about?

Too bad you have to be over 6 feet tall to be a doorman in the states. :(
