Extremely unprofessional presenter. Stop having this woman do your presentations. She's awful and giving a fantastic product a very bad image.

I agree. This was very hard to listen too, I ditched the presentation about 10 minutes into it.  100% because of the audio/presenter.

It would really be better to go into a professional recording studio to make such videos. The sound quality is extremely poor and the speech needs editing.

Just a personal comment about the presenter. You use "um" quite a bit. I was loosing track of what you were talking about because all I heard was "um".
