When it came to performing, Alexis, Yara and Shangela had a soul that both Manilla and Raja lacked. They made themselves beautiful but imperfect and relatable, whereas Raja was always sort of perfect and stiff on the mainstage. It's just my opinion, but I loved Alexis for being imperfect.

Minella didnt have uniqueness, style, or talent. i kinda lost her when she gave that asian speech. we cant be going backwards and fighting for racial rights when 1) we already have racial equality and 2) gay kids are getting beat up.

Why does everyone come at Shangela? You guys don't understand the essence of drag. I often criticize Mama Ru for choosing the more glamorous queens instead of the talented ones. Drag is 50% talent, 50% look and 100% uniqueness. I think Shangela conveyed those PERFECTLY.
