As for the 2000/10 ppl I can understand you guys annoyed by talking how great the past was sheesh at one point there were times when some of the 80s and 90s kids didn't like to hear how things were in the 60s & 70s but you guys got to respect them believe or not 10 or 20 years from you guys going to have kids & they will getting annoyed by you talking about how great the 2000/10 were. If you don't like hearing or watching the 80s or 90s stuff then don't watch it then. Move forward...

I have nothing against the 80s, 90s, and 2000/10s as I said before all of them had their share of good times and bad times. And for the ppl who like to live in the past there's nothing wrong with that however you do need to move on. You can't live your life living in the past. Move on but never forget and instead inulting the newer generation you should teach them something because they are next generation...

Reason ppl talk about the 80s and 90s because things were simple and everybody was a kid or a teenager back then. When ppl post videos from the 80s and 90s it brought back alot fond memories of growing up. Now recently I go to watch a video of some old school stuff it's getting tainted by I think the 2000s ppl by making fun of the animation shows, tv shows, music...

I really wish everyone would stop attacking each others decades. First there is war against 90s vs. the 2000/10s now it seems everybody is starting to attack the 80s. Guys really? This is getting ridiculous. Neither decades are perfect. 80s, 90s, & 2000/10s all have there share of good and bad times. I think the reasons why the 2000s are getting alot of flack because of all the crap everyone been through with the economy, B.S. War, Having Bush as president for 8 years. Alot of great loses..

Heres how i chart the Nostalgia Fucktards-

2000s-They are usually the Graphictards and compares Xbox 360 to SNES

1990s- All Around, They complain about Music,Culture,Cartoons,Movies and even weird stuff like Commercials,Cereals,etc

1980s- Usually its Saturday Morning Cartoons and other crap. However, i find them less common than 90s, but twice as bitchy.

I hate nostalgia fanboys. Particularly in video games. I mean really, there's like 8 multi-million selling franchises out there that get bashed for changing the main character (ex. Assassin's Creed, Prototype 2), changing the gameplay (Sonic the Hedgehog, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro the Dragon), changing the characters to some extent (Spyro & Crash). They complain about everything no matter how it improves or helps the gameplay. Retro retards are, well... Retarded. Nothing else to say.

I do agree that Nostalgic Tards suck. I am sick of them bashing on the dub of Dragon Ball Kai for not being the same as the dub of Dragon Ball Z despite the fact that the dub of Dragon Ball Kai is much more accurate to the manga.

When it comes to videos like these, it makes me glad that I'm not the only person who feels that way.

But yeah, I definitely agree with pretty much everything that you had to say. I also tend to be nostalgic for the early 2000s as well since I was still a kid at the time. The way I see it, in a couple years from now, people would start becoming nostalgic about the early 2000s and how they're better than today.

And as for movies? movies also have gotten worse really.

Back in the 80's the pop trend started,actually it started in the mid 70's i think and became stronger in the 80's

late 80's you still didn't have violent rap yet,but it would soon start as soon as early 90's.

Violent rap with rape depicted started and then it all went downhill from there.

I played mario on nes when it was brand spanking new and zelda and metroid and many other titles.

Get used to it,people are graphic whores and they don't appreciate the game itself,they appreciate graphics.

That is the thing about 80's and early 90's gamers,it was quality over quantitty back then and because we had no 3d or videos,we were used to shitty graphics.

Second, there are people out there that actually like some of the new stuff today, particularly KIDS. While I have to agree with most of what you said, you're wrong about the 80s kids being more relaxed than 90s kids. The 80s generation does just as much whining abou the past as does the 90s gen. We just tend to ignore them because the 80s gen doesn't use the Internet as much as the 90s gen. Trust me, I've seen older users who say thatthe 90s sucked and the 80s were better.

I've come across several 80's Saturday morning tribute videos here on YouTube, and I did read the comments from people moping about how "Saturday morning cartoons went downhill around 1991." But whether they make petitions to bring back the 80's cartoons they grew up with, I'm not sure.

I played all the really old games that started trends and watched movies that were a big deal in their time:

I remember the awe of the early indiana jones and back to the future and star wars the original 3.

There was even a lot of crap music then too,but there is even more so now.

I 100% agree with this rant. People have been ranting and comepletely and utterly GLORIFYING the 90's as if it was a god send. I'm a 90's kid myself, I grew up with alot of good shows back then like pokemon season one and rugrats. I agree things arn't like they used to be, but I don't whine about it,. I know I'm an adult and my generation is done with those networks.
