  • Elliott Smith No Name #2

A Cloud Mireya - Safety In Number One

    Tokyo - STS9

  • nice, but i think the music doesn't compliment your video. The music is overpowering your voice.

  • Whats the glow tool??? o:

  • hahahaha! putting on the CC voice to text youtube thingy really cracks me up! No idea why it was on throughout this. But I got so distracted by them that I have to watch this again to get anything out of this

  • back grounds are hard.Is it lighter in back,Top like mountains lighter? Then forground darker?I do confuse over it,even in a drawring of a animal.OH cause I can,t see distance in real life. You know what I mean????

  • @antoweril yeah

  • realy cool...

  • Notice all the music comments you're getting? That's cause it's all we can hear! I can barely make out what you're saying and it's YOU I'm tuning in to listen to. I value your expert comments. Just cant hear em. Great tutorial but please lower the music level. Thanks! - Good Times! -

  • What are thos elast two fuckin songs?@?@?@?!!?!

  • @Frippatronics one of the songs is y elliott smith, i think its falling down..not sure

  • i dont know what that song is but i really wanna know too

  • UGH! Seriously! What is the song with the chicks in it!?

  • Does anyone know what the second song is called or who it's by?

  • I'm pretty sure it's Bright Eyes if I'm not misaken*

  • I believe you are mistaken. I'm talking about the second song with the female vocals.

  • Your voice sounds very good sinix.

  • Dear Sinix

I would very much like to see more industrial style enviorments

    yours truly,

    Frippatronics

  • no try drawing that

    but without a computer! :D

  • The concept is the same, the tools are different.

Many would say that making art is much less about your tools or agility of you hands than it is about being able to see in a certain way.

  • Thats really awesome. Your voice is super pleasant as well.

I've always wanted to see speedpaints of those darkish (blueish-purple) snow environments.

  • uh which program did you use? (Adobe PhotoShop cs3)? and do you use a tablet

  • Could you do a tutorial on dogs?

Just faces or full body if you want

  • loved it, although it feels very incomplete incomplete to me...matter of taste I guess...cheers! ^^

  • i guess cause its a speedpainting

  • well, speedpaintings don't always seem incomplete...this one does to me. X3

  • alright

  • pretty nice man

  • very cool style... kinda reminds me of Ashley Wood

  • I think my brush presets are different, because I can't seem to get the same kind of look out of the thick 'n' thin pen. Is your brush size and/or opacity effected by pen pressure? I wish you would do a YouTube post on hot-keys and interface tutorials on Painter IX for wacom users...you work so fast.

  • I like the way you translated that from net talk to mail talk :D

  • wow. verry verry nice.

  • it's relaxing to watch your videos.

  • Wow, your a great concept artist! X__X

I wonna be a concept artist but i find my self way to paticuler in tidiness and details and crap. I love this loose quick painterly style you have going that most concepts have. I just find it hard to do myself. T__T

I think its mainly because of the types of brushes i use, i stick with 3 mainly.

    Acrylics, Airbrush and Blenders.

Could you please show us how to use them palette knife brushes and what settings you have them on?

    Thanks.

    -Sieg

  • You are fairly well amazing for your work, and for the videos you have posted here XD. Many thanks

  • Thank you for this

  • This is utterly fantastic, and it looked really easy for you, which is encouraging for a complete noob like myself. Thanks for the video!

  • Nice, Think i migth pop open painter and do some enviroments now ;)

  • YAY!!!!

  • that's really amazing. are you gonna be a concept artist or something like that? I'm really envious, and lovely landscape

  • That's beautiful! What tool and settings are you using at the beginning, to get that pastel look? I have been trying to get that but I don't know my way around the Painter tools very well. Thanks for doing these!

  • It's all done using the default "Thick & Thin pen" which is under pens.

  • Thank you! I'm off to try that now.

  • Five stars!

Awesome vids. I'm watching you on DA and subscribed to you on here.
