Anyone notice that in this version Judai isn't smiling at the end as the screen gets closer to his face like in the first one. Kinda like a over showdown of this character change in the series XD.

Reason why so many people read manga or watch anime is because they got thru some of this paths or whatever it is. I want to say that japanese anime shows souls of their characters and you can realy feel their emotions and it isn't like some other lame show. And it isn't all about card games! I mean I dont even know how to play it and I still LOVE Yugioh triology (ZEXAL seems stupid but i'll give him a chance) My favourite GX characters are: Jaden, Jessie, Jim, Aster.. screw this I love them ALL

I really hated season 4 cause 3 of them were wasted.No one knows what happened to Misawa he did not even appeared, Kaiser returned, just appeared 3 episodes and gave his deck to Cyrus (still cant believe) and Edo was never like the one of the best friend of Judai instead of Jesse... and he lost to Chazz (Jun) . Panda boy & Misawa should appeared in the end

At the beginning of this arc GX started to slowly lose me, especially when they went in the duel monsters world. At the end however I started to get more into it and I thought it ended good. Even though because of this arc GX was my least favorite yu gi oh season but I still found it to be a good season.
People who say GX sucked only watched the dub.... the after the Society of Light it got interesting, with everyone facing their responsibilities, including Judai. The season this was part of was the one that showed my that essence of the anime.

i watched chaotic when i was 10 years old. i used to like it for a month until i realized it was stupid. caotic is very very childish version of "Magic", with more broken rules. honestlly the game had no potenital from the start because the shows art style is also TERRIBLE. Every character looks like there from a crappy nickeldoean show form the 90s. ive watched it before the card game si broken and sucks and choatic will die very very soon.

The first time I saw this theme was before I saw evil Jesse. I saw it and saw how he was just a faint, transparent shadow in that one clip, and how the other clips he was in were black and white, and Jaden looked sad. I was like, "Jesse dies?! You're kidding! He's the best!"
I love this version of the third opening! This version of the opening shows Judai's sadness a bit more. In this one, after the scenes of Johan and him, when he is facing us, he is frowning. In the first version, he smiles a bit when looking at us. I also love how this one shows Judai and Johan's relationship much more!!
@darkjack21 Actually, Duel Academia wasn't all about Dueling, It was a normal school that promoted dueling and dueling skills and strategy were also part of it, much like atlethism or soccer-based schools. Actually, there weren't stupid things like "Quantic Physics applied to dueling" (that was just dub stupidity)...they had the very same classes that a normal school, actually. (That's why they also played sports).

wow! Long Time I didn't heard this song. It when I was in 9th of High School. I just heard it again and my memories show up. I had bad moments at that time. We always played YUGIOH Cards after school and in school time, all the time. Now that I am heard this song again. I wish I can go back in time do it all over again. Around the task I had I realize that friendship is always there. I miss my old time! The pain of Jaden was similar to mine, the friends also.

That's like judging a show where it's main point is around cops even though it has so much more meaning. GX is about growing up, and getting serious. Finding your own path. That's pretty much what the finale of this series tells people. Just because it's Yugioh don't mean it can't have a greater message.

ROBOT CHICKEN IS A POTTY COMEDY(great show). it needs none because it is not trying to be taken as a serious show. chaotic yugioh , dragonball etc. all need character development because they are Animes(not liek lucky star they are action) shows, and for shows like that you need good character development, chaotic lacks it. You can not compare chaotic to robot chciken because they are two different genres. You cleary are 10 years old and know nothing about tv.

The first time I saw this theme was before I saw evil Jesse. I saw it and saw how he was just a faint, transparent shadow in that one clip, and how the other clips he was in were black and white, and Jaden looked sad. I was like, "Jesse dies?! You're kidding! He's the best!"

I love this version of the third opening! This version of the opening shows Judai's sadness a bit more. In this one, after the scenes of Johan and him, when he is facing us, he is frowning. In the first version, he smiles a bit when looking at us. I also love how this one shows Judai and Johan's relationship much more!!

@darkjack21 Actually, Duel Academia wasn't all about Dueling, It was a normal school that promoted dueling and dueling skills and strategy were also part of it, much like atlethism or soccer-based schools. Actually, there weren't stupid things like "Quantic Physics applied to dueling" (that was just dub stupidity)...they had the very same classes that a normal school, actually. (That's why they also played sports).

Hell, in the Japanese Yu-Gi-Oh!s, the main character usually says "why are you using these games to harm people, they're supposed to be fun, you know, to enjoy yourself?" or something along those lines.
And in the English ones, they treat them like the most serious things in the world.

wow! Long Time I didn't heard this song. It when I was in 9th of High School. I just heard it again and my memories show up. I had bad moments at that time. We always played YUGIOH Cards after school and in school time, all the time. Now that I am heard this song again. I wish I can go back in time do it all over again. Around the task I had I realize that friendship is always there. I miss my old time! The pain of Jaden was similar to mine, the friends also.

That's like judging a show where it's main point is around cops even though it has so much more meaning. GX is about growing up, and getting serious. Finding your own path. That's pretty much what the finale of this series tells people. Just because it's Yugioh don't mean it can't have a greater message.
