@GTV2005 Mass Effect 2 isn't good onthe PS3. It has all the DLC, but the framerate is complete shit.

@bionicle2122 Mass effect 2 framerate was not perfect either on xbox. On normal or hard difficulty the game runs ok, but i m finishing game on insanity and it lags many times and big audio glitches occur. I guess only a few freaks play insanity.

Anyway, half of my collection of games suffer poorframerates at some moment.

@p1ngu1no Then I guess if you want the perfect experience, use a PC that passes minimum requirements. (Mine doesn't and I suffer from some small framerate issues but nothing that ruins the game.)

@bionicle2122 Mass effect 2 works fine on xbox 360 and looks spectacular, It just happens on level insane.

I´m happy with the xbox version and for what i know ps3 is good too. All games have glitches and bugs, even my beloved "Mass effect 2". May be your pc is ok, i hear from devs that mE2 would be locked on 30fps on al platforms.I used to play on pc´s i prefer now having my own machine for games and not having to upgrade cards. Playing cryisis 2 on a 6 year old console!! Not bad at all.

@VFORVITIELLO ME1 gives you the option for multiple playthroughs. If you explore every nook and cranny of the galaxy there was at least 20-30 hours of total gameplay before the end sequence. I wouldn't see why they would go back on that now.

Bioware has stated its only a few years after ME1.

If you have ME1 and you import the files, whoever you chose to be in the council will be there. Also, most if not all of the squad members you had in the first game will be back, provided they didn't die.

Why would they give you a choice to select the council member in ME1 if it has no effect whatsoever in ME2?

I think you need a ME1 savegame that has the game completed, so if you completed the game and have a save of that your good to go for Mass Effect 2, I'm assuming you have it for the xbox 360... I don't know if you could get a PC save and get it to run on the xbox or anything crazy like that...

Actually IGN, there is enough proof now to show that Garrus IS playing a central role to the game. Theres an overwhelming amount of evidence of it now.

I'm a big fan of Bioware's RPGs. I own and love all current generation consoles. Understand that it is not fanboyism when say that I will not be buying this for anything but PC. Shooters feel uncoordinated without a mouse, and RPGs are terrible without easy access to the game and save files.
