  • this can be done manually in 10 minutes right to bedrock

  • dude how to stop it from working !!!

  • Isn´t is better to use Buildcraft and/or Industrialcraft for mining?

  • Převraty goos

  • the auto miner I made with my buddies on my server is cool too.

it's a conveyor belt system only taking up a 20x3 + a redstone system only taking up 15x3 and igniter that is only 3x5. it was awesome!

  • ignore haters, good job

  • cool but no one WITHOUT to many items mod could really do that legitely

  • dude i haveent heard this song in a minute god damn . definitely upstaging the video for me.

  • in case of creeper raid army comes break glass as tnt falls down shaft

  • Lool His diamond axe didnt work...

  • But will it blend?

  • not this song lol

  • Nice vid man :)

  • Just dig how many blocks down then place tnt per air block thats much easier

    Hehehe

  • Wouldn't it be faster, and more resource efficient, to just dig the hole yourself?

  • 5 hurs to make i coulda made a 4X4 hole to bedrock 3 times in tht time

  • now make it move.

  • so the machine took you 5 hours to build why dont you just dig it your self im sure it wont take five hours just to dig to bedrock

  • @happybr0 But that's not nearly as fun as building a huge contraption to do it for you. Especially after having dug to bedrock by hand multiple time already. Sometimes efficiency simply isn't that much fun.

  • Wow this is really cool and inventive!

  • there's fast-clock powered by...

    stopped reading

    looked at pig.

    hmmm...

  • ah yes a mineshaft is a big fucking hole so screwed up.

Thumbs up if you dig mineshafts 3x3 or at least in a square

  • wtf he has a diamond pick and sword but wooden axe

  • SCIENCE!

  • I want

  • why not build a 1x1 tower with a pressureplate on top and put the tnt on the side of the top block?

also who the fuck brings a single torch into the mineshaft?

  • @WaldosPurpleCrow Because then the first tnt will land and explode on the second tnt, causing a chain reaction which would be very unsafe and probably kill you, and destroy most of the land around you.

And I didn't really plan the going down the mine shaft thing well enough =P

  • @nikobroo Wouldn't it be easier to to just mine it yourself instead of of going through the trouble of building it? Also if their is any rare things like diamonds wouldn't the TNT destroy them which would make it so you can't collect any?

  • @SPARTAN9999999991 Yes, it would be easier to just mine a 1x2 hole yourself, and valuable items will be destroyed by tnt. This is more a fun project than an effective one. The point is to get to bedrock with the press of a button. It is not portable in any way (except for with MCEdit or WorldEdit), and very expensive to make. For a more portable one, see the light version (link in the description) :)

  • HabeKeinMitlein this 1.4.01

  • i use this on my server with movecraft so its portable :)

  • It doesn't have to be that tall if you use pistons... Just the tnt stack will need to be that tall... Looks better. Pistons bro.

  • and what happens when it's done and you need to make another shaft FAR away?!?!?!?!

  • Oh tnt I thought it was a mod or an epic piston machine

  • Me: OMG OMG I FOUND DIAMONDS

    Shaft digger: Heheehe *Drops TNT*

  • u guys realize that if he made like 5 of these it would actually speed mining up incedibly? it would be a apin to build em but the benefits are amazing

  • is it possible to make this go sideways? this design would be really awesome like that, not sure how to do it but i guess pistons could be used

  • Irony: spending 5hrs to build a tower to the ceiling of the sky rather than spending half that time to dig down to the bottom of the world...

  • @caboose4159 Did you see the light version?

  • ''This is a Minecraft Shaft Digger!''

''This is way too long to build, I can just make a shaft myself in maybe a half a minute''

  • @IzanVonWeiner /watch?v=BD-RyJW0tpk The light verion!

  • yeah now that you reached bedrock its time for zombie slime killing

  • @TheMCentre Because making it automatic makes it about 52.63% cooler!

Check out the light version (link in the description) =D

  • 1:20 messenger sound ;D

  • i built one in 20 mins that does basically the same thing, no its not completely automatic but who cares. all you have to do is press a button

  • I have a machine much simpler than this which takes about 15 seconds to hit bedrock...

  • Now make it go sideways, increase the width and height to the limit of the world and have it consume the entire world.

  • @nikobroo

No you have pistons, to make repulsors, that takes 5 MINUTES! :D But you did a good job, respect!

  • Hey ive been useing buildcraft for my mines i like them with straight walls could you make a mchine for that im good with redstone so far i made a 8 bit ticker but im not good with going up i have to use spiral staircases so could you make one for straight walls

  • When pistons come out, this thing will get waaaaay better. No need to build the huge tower of repeaters, because we'll be able to reload it with pistons! And we won't have to worry about the TNT blowing up too soon either :D

  • What is that song called_

  • @AQWorldsJ6 You failed to read the description AND watch the video! Good job! Tip: 4:45

  • @AQWorldsJ6 i'm surprised you haven't heard it.. it's pendulum. The song is called Girl in the Fire by Pendulum on the album Hold your colour. drum & bass, electronica whatever you want to call it. controversial drum & bass maybe :P

  • Me:*makes a machine just like urs.*

FINNALY!! IT WORKED!! FOR 3 MONTTHHHSSS!!!!!! >:DD

    *makes lots of ladders*

Me:oh my god! IT'S ALL BEDROCK?? WHAT THE FUZZK?

  • I have one that is only 4 blocks high, is made out of obsidian, cobblestone, redstone, water, some torches, and glass. I t can be activated directly via lever, manually, and remotely via redstone and button. Manual detonation works the best since I don't have a TNT loader. Also, it's reusable. Just a couple hours ago I built one and used o get all the way down to the BEDROCK LAYER. And I'm not talking about the solitary blocks of bedrock, I mean the bottom layer of the whole map.

  • @HedgehogStudios1 If you don't have an automatic TNT detonator, but have to flip a switch every time, then whats the point. You will still have the same problem with hitting water or lava on the way down. I can also reuse my creation. Its just that its kindof pointless seeing that there will already be a gian hole in the ground the second time you load it up with TNT. Check out my light version. Only takes like 1 minute to set up! ;)

  • Can you put it on like a minecrat? cause if you could you could build it and move it that would be sweet.

  • @nikobroo sorry lol i was in a bad mood :(

  • Thats so fucking stupid... YOU CAN ONLY USE IT ONCE AND IT TOOK YOU 5 HOURS TO BUILD YOU FUCKING COCKHEAD!!!

  • in 5 hours you build this, but in about 20 minutes you can just use a pickaxe and mine down to bedrock. o_o

  • liked subbed and all that crap this is f*ckin awesome!

  • how do you make it can you tell it me?

  • @MrMongoltje1 It takes a LOT of resources, so do not say I didn't warn you!

I would download the world save file from the description. It is probably easier to understand if you inspect it rather than me trying to expalain it in words....

The principle is simple: You have a tall tower of dynamite, and you want to set the bottom one off in regular time intervals.

You do this by making a path of redstone & resitors, setting off one dynamite at a time. Set off the bottom TNT first. Out of words!

  • holy shit, tht looks fucking amazing
