Leopard Pleco and Black Ghost Knife Fish

I used to work at a tropical fish wholesaler.......there'd be upwards of 80 ghost knives of different varieties in 100 gallon tanks. They used pcv tubing for hiding places. I'm sure your 3 are just happy to have some space. Sadly we sold hundreds of brown ghost knives to university labs :( for disection.....always hated doing that.

PS: I also have a leopard pleco.....got him for a bargain as he was in with the plain common ones. They are quite pretty......for a pleco!!

i love your pleco! he is so cute! how big is he? my pleco is 8 inches long, and i am going to get a black ghost knife today because my cichlids died of mysterious causes a few days ago.

@animewolf75 If you have a large tank and plenty of hiding spaces they'd probably do ok, but it's always a gamble.

so you can have a few BGK's together....I imagine they need enough room/hiding places so they don't fight though right?

@rideit6578 Actually, most people don't recommend more than one per tank even with lots of hiding places. I think I just got lucky with my three.
