@MasterOfPizza99t I know they inspired it. Pat o brien cites them as inspiration, and you can definitley hear it in early deicide. You can also hear it in bands like posessed. I know what I'm talking about. Slayer is thrash, not death metal. Both great genres, but they're not death metal.
