I have read that Lance Armstrong's pedalling position was perculiar (at the time at least) in that he used his feet, his toes.
If you are using your feet as well as your legs to pedal then you have another few centimeters of push from your feet even after your legs are fully extended. Why stop at knees 10% bent?
So all we have to do is make sure it's all correct and were laughing....what exactly is "correct" tho...absolutely no advice given here on anything except to "make sure it's correct"....well let's all go and do that then shall we!!!!!!

I tend to set my saddle up high, at 0% knees bent because I use my feet too.
