Run your molds through a wax schedule of 8 to 10 waxes, letting the wax dry for at least 10 minutes before you wipe it off. You will be able to stop using the PVA. You've pulled a part from the mold, so the mold is now "seasoned" and you should only have to rewax the mold about every third part or so. That honey wax is great stuff and I use it all the time.

Dry the PVA with a hair dryer. It's fast !
