o ok, cause everybody told me your mileage drops like crazy with superchargers, thats why ppl usually get turbos

turbo would do the same as the s/c i would thing.. since its still Forced induction..

i thought a turbo didnt use much cause its powered by the exhaust build up when the engine runs so isn't it recycling the energy? im not too great with this car stuff i just go to google and research or ask ppl like i am now, so im not so sure

Right on, except because a turbo uses the exhaust system to power it the turbo has to "spool" so that is considered turbo lag because the there has to be enough exhaust pressure so that turbo starts compression as a pose to a supercharger being a pulley forced induction system so the power is imidiate... :)

turbos are just a specific form of s/c's. they're just a vortec system, not a pulley system
