@FailNationTruism Get on a horse first, of course. Then, ride towards one of those ropes/wooden ledge/etc. Anything like it. You know how the game gives you the option to "stand" on the horse? Do that. Then it gives you the option to jump. Just do that when you get near one of these ledge-like things. If you do twenty of them, it's a Theives' Guild thing.

@FailNationTruism Nope, sorry. It's only on horseback. I'm not so sure if you could do it in AC1, or AC2, but you can definitely do it in Brotherhood. And, of course, Revelations took riding horses out. I personally thought that was a bunch of bull balls.
