These choreographers send in videos of their work and the SM COMPANY chooses which choreographers get the job or not. RIno is an amazingly awesome dancer and SM saw her prowess in her dancing and choreography skills and therefore let her coach SHINee. I get that you're not bashing her, but get your facts straight.
