omg . . . this is a headache .. . got no mac . . have dell desktop .. . i try my best to get into the digital loop. . . what is a dcim folder? . . yes, i am stupid. . .want to learn . . .like my flip. . . i plug in the usb tab . . o on screen . . want to up videos . . like you all do, ,. . peace

When you click on the Flip video icon, your should get a list of folders, one of which says DCIM... good luck!

Did you open the DCIM folder?
The vids should be in there... if not, well, contact FLIP directly amigo...
Are you using a Mac or a PC?

I got an orange Flip camera... It should arrive in the mail tomarrow. I hope it's good. Based upon this, I think it'll be okay for me.

@hesitantkiss ummm XD have fun with that........no zoom,poor qualityof video,overpriced,and no night time mode.......youcould of gotten a canon for cheaper and recieve better quality
