The only thing I would change is the speed of that shot, you could have made it more interesting very simply by adding some smoke, maybe even the projectile...

@wsthoj true! haha i couldn't be bothered animating/rigging it, since thiwas mainly a test for match moving from boujou to 3ds and ae. i've rigged it now though, so if i ever use this tank in future the wheels will actually roll
lighting was kind of weird and you should've rendered the shadow as a separate set of footage with the same setup so you could've blended it better, then precomped that and throw in the fog effect.
now the tank didn't really need to have those dark opaque sharp shadows as there are none in the environment. Some simple ambient occlusion would have looked a lot better :)
Some digital noise and a slight 1-2px blur on the tank element would make it blend in a bit more.Some color-correction would also be good as the environment has a blue tint to it, so you need to match that :)

@QUATR00 thanks for the tips. this video was never meant to be super realistic, obviously if i was compositing for a project i would do it properly. this was a basic match moving test, and i just happened to have a tank model lying around
also i made this in less than an hour. but thanks for the tips again, they will help for future.

ITS all epic but i got a couple of questions :P my friend is into 3DS , and i wanna ask how did you do the shadows? and is it possible to to make the tank jump abit with the cannon shot??

Very very nice. Id add little bit more of a blur and tiny bit of digital noise to the tank, so it would stick out of the footage, but blend in more
