I use bittorrent and my editing program is iMovie that comes with my Mac (and does like no special effects) because I don't have enough memory on my laptop for Final Cut Pro. >.<

Bittorrent is filesharing, where you download a program like Azureus and then use a bittorrent search engine to find what you want, then download the file to put into the program, which will download the actual file. (there are guides online...) I'll download 50 episode files at a time and it will take a week or so. >.<
