No one fights Cammy as a rival, really. She was introduced in the home version and none of the introduced characters really have any vendettas against her.

C.. Viper is Cammy's rival... honestly I think it should have been Bison or maybe Vega...but who knows what goes on in Capcom's minds. They really like to pimp out their new characters as much as possible, it seems.

Yes that is Cammy's them - Rival matches play the SF4 remastered theme of the character during the match, though I hear Vega's is missing for the game (Or so I heard - One of the characters, anyways)

Even more interesting is that fact that every opponent derfsonic fought playing as cammy, are all more powerful than she is. Their is no way she could ever beat Ryu, Ken, not even El fuerte and Blanka. We already know that Viper whipped her sorry ass.
