@BriMcCue21 You should tell someone to hold ya back while you are jumping backwards. As you will know that someone is holding you, you will think that u will not fall down cause the other person is holding you. This will get rid of your fear. If ever this didn't helped, so go to a gym :-)

@evab414 Haha, I have some tips for you. At least have a friend, and a gym (of course). Tell your friend to help your back from the side. Then bend backwards. Tell your friend to put her/his hand under your thighs, and then push it over. Then count to three. On three, your friend will push you over, causing you to a jump. When you jump, you're gonna do something like a handstand. Then, push your right foot to the front, and then flip over. Works everytime for me! Hope this helped! ^.^

Heres the biggest tip that no one ever follows. This is my tip. Its simple.
Do Not Be Afraid. You can practice with jumping and have you arms up and ready to carry your whole body for some seconds. :)
