This is great video, I love how the foils are right next to the scalp... I'm new right out of Cosmetology school and I could learn some new and awesome techniques.. I've been having a lil bbit of trouble w/foils so this gives me some great ideas.. Love it!!

Your foiling technique is perfect. As an apprentice i love watching new techniques out there, and I am ocd when it comes to color being as close as possible to the scalp, and you did a great job at that. The only thing you could do to improve is to section a bit smarter as you took the tiniest sections when you reached the top on your diagonal sections on the sides. Other than that, fantastic job!

@matzyy94 I appreciate your advice but you should invest some time and money into buying Vidal Sassoon DVDs. All my work and techniques come from their education. As an apprentice you are taught good and bad habits, so take the time to watch some of their work. Best of luck on your new hair journey!

Now there is only one thing you did wrong in this whole video. When you fold the foil, dont use your fingers to make a crease, it pushes the bleach out of the way, and could cause a line in the foil. If you didnt do that this video would be perfect
