This game is actually one of the most unforgiven and difficult games I played last generation but it's for all the wrong reasons. 15 minute levels with no checkpoints and trial and error gameplay at it's worst. X-men Origins: Wolverine for the 360 & PS3 is much better even if that game wasn't too good, either.

this is a very good game, this is how a good game should look like. This game really feels like wolverine not an old man. Personally i'm starting to find video games bland. There are only a select amount of permutations allowed in videogames, and almost an infinite number in real life. To me, it seem that the clearer the graphics, the "closer" it gets to real life. But to each his own right? :D

I love games like Red Dead Redemption too but the thing i don't like is this "online gaming" when i was a child and i wanted to play computer games with a friend we sat both in front of the TV and shouted at each other, which was funny and in a kind a nice social aspect, but i think online gaming destroys the real social aspect of gaming, but it's just my opinion.

I remember playing this game when I was just a tad bit younger. The game's story line was really unique (at least I thought it was.). haha I remember the Labratory part would always scare me, with those creatures who make those zombie noises xD. But the game was way too hard to beat by itself. I used cheats. And I always remember getting pissed at the lady deathstrike part. I loved her robotic voice though xD. Great + hard game. Really, this game is a PS2 gem.
Kinda. I like Mark Hamill as Wolverine. (voice wise.) Sabretooth was spot on in this game, XO:W yeah, that how he is in the movie, but I don't like that Sabretooth at all. There were good execution moves too. They put the double and triple executions into the newer one it'd completely match this game. That and if it had more alternate costumes.
xmen origins and wolverine's revenge have totally different story, even tho wolverine's revenge makes more sense and is more to the comic, origins is still a better game, just wish they had a better story that stuck with the comics
this game is so hard..if you die 20 seconds before the end of the level,you have to star aaaaall the way back to the begining !! and for an x men videogame of 2003 for ps2,is too much frustation ! not worth of playing a demo
I'd have to say... I have the new X-Men game, "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" and that game is pretty good, but this one is the best X-Men game ever. This game deserves a 10 out of 10. I used to play this game all the time when I was a kid. I think I might buy it again on PS2 so I can play it on my PS3.
