I understand what you are saying about it being a diversion from other issues. But the media hyped this up for weeks only to set us up --- for a planned rug to be pulled out from under the opted out protest. This was a cooperative example of government and media manipulation of the public. The scanners over the last month or so are being installed in all major Airports and the TSA has been shifting security screening away from metal detectors to the scanners. I travel alot and have opted out every time I am selected to go through the scanner --- which seems to be more often in the last few months. However, yesterday most of the scanners were shut down I was traveling from Orlando to boston. The main stream media -- did not say a word about the shut down.

The scanners over the last month or so are being installed in all major Airports and the TSA has been shifting security screening away from metal detectors to the scanners. I travel alot and have opted out every time I am selected to go through the scanner --- which seems to be more often in the last few months. However, yesterday most of the scanners were shut down I was traveling from Orlando to boston. The main stream media -- did not say a word about the shut down.

I think really it was the scanners, grouping and in the clothes touching that was the icing on the cake, not that they were not already doing simple pat downs which are unconstitutional already in several ways. Problem is there just is not enough good media yet to cover all the horrible things taking place at once. @tuubydude Actually, the alt media and then the MSM pushed it so hard that it started smelling rotten. The MSM is pushing this because they're going to let us "win" this one and come up with a viable solution that everyone (who doesn't have something to hide) will agree with: iris scanners. Viola!
