  • the duo wasn't cooperative at all, the piano was over powering the clarinet most of the time. though it may have just been the mic placement. and MORE EXPRESSION AND PHRASING ON THAT MELODY PLEASE!

  • i tried to do it but it was a live concert... emotion and other things must be counted. i think the piano was maybe too loud but i think that the ensemble is pretty good. if you put on your account a version played by yourself i will listen it with pleasure

  • Im actually playing Allegretto Grazioso is a Solo and Ensemble festival so Im glad i found this video thanks!

  • wow... this is really nice. I'm trying to play vivace, but I'm getting confused over the fingering on measure 20~22. can anyone help me out? =(

  • now i'm not in my city and i don't have my clarinet with me, but i promise to you that i will help you when i will be at home

  • wow you're really good

  • Ok, my apologies. Keep up your good work.

  • You could actually put more shaping into this to bring out the "grazioso"--at present it is a bit "square" and lacking shape. Also, the pianist's name should be mentioned in the video posting. This is a duo sonata.

  • but the name of the pianist is in the description on the right... is prof. mariano meloni. check it better

  • Get rid of your accompanist...

  • Ah~ I'm playing this for a solo in a few weeks and I'm glad I found this video. I need to practice the rythms and with the piano part.

Very nice interpretation. Nice technique :)

    thank you for playing this.

    If I didn't have a reference, I dunno what I would've done! haha.

I hope I'll sound as well as you do!

  • Nice job! This song really easy and I like how good your Bb sounds like. That note is hard to make sound good.

  • well i did play this song for my grade 5 rsm this year (movement 3: there first part of the vid up till 4:26)

it wasn't really easy still it wasn't too hard

hardest part for me was trying to portray the feeling u should get and not getting too distracted and confused by the piano cause we're playing two different melodies

in the end i did get it and a got a 27/30 for that piece and i grew to love it. so i enjoy watching this piece and it's great

  • lol wow nice work for the first guy (that movement is deceptively hard!). . . though i don't think he understands any of these comments .. hes Italian! lol and nice playing for the pianist in the vivace section - keeping up with where the clarinet part was and all!

  • don't worry, i understand also english comments. so thank everybody for the good comments you wrote. i like them very much.

  • ah i'm the first guy LOL^_^

  • i think it's very good made i like your interpretation!! played you the other parts of the concetiono too?? iwould you to listen to it!!

  • just watched this for my theory homework on an analysis, good jab.

  • I've actually been preparing this piece for my audition for The Julliard School and its pretty neverwrecking i hope that i play as good as that, hes awesome player Good Job Man....
