the max amount of leaders you can have on the Xbox version is 6, PC version which you're playing allows all leaders

because it is. I i think I can spoil al little bit if you dont know why the sword looks like this, but when the conqueror goes to Athlum he fights against Emma and kills her. Before she died, he seals the Valeria Heart and it transforms to this little sword. Again i think spoiling here is'nt bad because you see the last battle of your own ^^
