Okay your lipsinging, its not the camra, i now hilary duff songs, and im just not a prat to make a fool of myself and your putting way to many words in there so either your singing random words and trying to make out im the next best thing or you could just sing through your lips :L and those facial expressions so frigging fake! :P Perfectic reload this time turn it right down and acturally sing :)
Shes not lip singing. Have a look at her eyebrows and facial expressions when the high notes a hit. She strains with the face. If someone is not singing then you dont i repeat DONT get those facial expressions.
Anybody would know she is not lip singing. This is good, but she does not sound like hilary..which take that as a compliment candy, so no way could she be lip singing.
