  • Ria, I know losing only 2.5 doesn't sound much... but week 2 would be 5. A month, 10. 6 months.. 60. 6 months later, you probably will look back and realize wow... time went by fast. And you're thin! :-)

    Also, I'm sure you've had that feeling where you would walk into a gym feeling overweight... seeing all those people in shape. That may be dis-encouraging but keep an open mind. Don't wonder what others may think of you. Do it for yourself. Then you'll get amazing results!!!
