Thanks. I've broken this setup down in order to experiment with different configs. I got about 0.7 LPMs but also had too much KOH. I'm going to try 25 plates next in a -nnn+nnn-nnn+nnn-nnn+nnn- configuration and different tank. I need a good (cheap!)source for some SS sheet metal. I'm using SS blank wall plates that I flattened out and cross-hatch sanded. I've thought about SS 2 mesh wire mesh too as I've seen some unusual results from that.
Yeah, I meant so say it started at about 18 amps, it then went to about 27 amps and of course was getting very warm. I cut back to 1/4 teaspoon and it settled down to around 25 amps. I will be using a PWM also. I want to half the amperage and more. Thanks for your comment.
pretty cool setup, next vid show your cell up close.
I am collecting some parts for a cell; I have the same type of water filter housing, ordered a 30 amp PWM, some tubing, etc.
Still looking for a cheap & easy 316L stainless steel to use - something so I dont have to cut much or special order. Any hints?
Good stuff, I look forward to your upcoming videos.

I found it online, just google for standard water filter housing. I saw these at Lowe's also.

I found mine at a second hand building materials store run by Habitat for Humanity. It cost me $20.

If you start with 27 amps cold you will be at about 60 when it warms up. Toooo much.
