It boosts the speed but things started acting up..

1) whenever I try freeing up memory (SBsettings) It just freezes and stays like that. // I re installed sb settings and tried freeing up memory, still freezes.

2) apps randomly freeze

I always have to hard reboot it..

ok nice video but when i tried this with ifile it ruined my iphone so i had to restore and lost all progress on my games T.T im sad and i didnt see a difference in my speed and loading.............. all that gameing for nothing T.T

@phi1542 Sorry the key is only to delete the ones I've shown all other locations are dangerous. Also the way you will notice it is via backgrounder or multitasking since this frees up more ram
