You need to play the "Skirmish" mode. Skirmish is what they call the single player missions. They can be played up to 8 player Co-op via Lan OR through the internet.
I find the game is really made for 3-4 Player Co-op. I play most mission on easy when I play single player, as the harder difficulties are more made for higher player count.
When playing Co-op, you share resources and can transfer control of any unit to your allies.
Company of Heroes is a much more standard RTS, with faster paced gameplay and heavily balancing for competitive 1v1 play.
Men of War: Assault squad is pretty much a WW2 ground combat simulator. I believe it is more geared for 3v3 and 4v4 play, as the complexity of the game / mechanics make it a little too micro/macro intensive for 1v1 play IMO.
I personally prefer MoW:AS to CoH as CoH tried to be realistic, but failed in lots of areas
If you hit Control + M, then you get minimap options, you can move its location, change its size, and change its opactity. I like it less see through as it normally blends in a lil too much wit the background.

@soppies13 well the regular mow has single player on it while the assault squad doesn't. mow is good to play on single and multi but multi is (i think) better in assualt squad. the coop in assault squad is good but in mow its better since u can play single player missions with other people. there is only 3 coop missions and about (i dont now exact number maybe higher dunno) 1-16 maps in multi. By the way me german so srry if anythings mistak... i mean mispelled.

This video is great, it looked fun. But in truth, i just played this game and it sucks ass man. At least Playing the campaign did. After playing CoH, i just can't play this game. WTF, you have ammo, how are u supposed to keep track of that shit, unless you have 5 guys the whole match. I can't keep track of my own ammo in a fps, how am i supposed to keep track of 30. People aren't smart in this. You can put them right next to an enemy, but half the time if you don't press attack, they standther!

As for ammo, easy, select your squad, choose the eye, click on the ammo truck (or anything else that has ammo), double click ammo you want, it's share between all members of the squad. it's a 3 click + 1 double click operation that take 2 sec max.
As for guys not attacking, i don't see such issue in my video so i must be doing something right.

Still got those god-awful infantry animations.
I'm glad they axed the tank spam. That was disgusting and ruined the game.
Graphics and sound effects are better. But the voices still sound terrible, and repetative.
