To my knowlege, there is a medical care system in the Gaza strip, true it's not state of the art. There are several aid groups active in the Gaza strip, with regular food and medical supplies coming via the few remaining checkpoints between Israel and Gaza.
The population in Gaza are free to run their affares.

As a Sephardi Jew, I can tell you that most Ashkenazi Jews are an asset to Israel.
Most of them are intelligent and resourceful people.
Doctors, Programmers, Engineers, Chemists, Physicists and Mathematicians.
And Israel isn't suffocating the Palestinians.
If their leadership gave a rat's ass about its citizens, they'd stop buying weapons and missiles, and spend more money on hospitals and infrastructure.

It says so in the documentary. The Palestinian hospitals are badly damaged after the Israeli bombing campaign and do not carry the best possible treatment. Not to mention Gaza is a giant Ghetto, everything that goes in and out is controlled and limited by Israel. Health, water, food, medicine, everything is controlled by Israel. Under such circumstances, Israel has a more duty to provide the best possible medicine for these people. But Israel is an immoral nation, so this doesnt surprise me.....

Why are the Palestinian facilities "badly damaged"? Could it have something to do with the attacks on Israel? Maybe if the Palestinians agreed to stop sending rockets and suicide bombers, they wouldn't have damaged hospitals? While Hamas runs the place, it ain't gonna happen.

i live in the centre of the uk, in a district of a town less than 100 metres away from a mosque, where a good 10-15% are muslims...ihave se asian,and indian friends,others...but dont know the name of only 1 muslim taxi driver, they are insular and dont integrate into society,the women have no manners, and the older generations cannot even speak a word of english....

Israel is truly a sick nation. This is unbelievable. To play with peoples lives like this. Its simply barbaric. These people are caged in, bombed, they see their land stripped from them every new day... and then are told not to turn radical.
I hope one day Israel gets what is coming to it, US wont be there forever. You cannot survive with all your neighors hating you. Europe wont want to carry Israel, nor will any other country int the world. I only hope the best for the good Israelis

Only the foolhardy and wreckless can perceive otherwise. Contempt for your elders is contempt of yourself, but don't worry, they probably gave you quite a few vaccines, perhaps you also enjoy their sodas and fast foods.
