  • hahaha... well, anyone can make that mistake!!

I mean, its an honest mistake'a to make'a around needles... :)

I would feel pretty cheated too if i thought i was injecting cocaine or orange juice or something else worth experimenting with into my bloody veins and it turned out to be heroin!!

STOP STICKING NEEDLES INTO YOUR BODY U STUPID MUTHERFUCKERS!!!

  • I think you mean intersubjective ... it's close to objective but it's not ... not unless we can speak from the perspective of the universe.

  • WTF? How many channels do you have?

  • some heroin addicts will say they were tricked into taking it. always made me laugh, how do you get tricked into injecting a substance into yourself.

  • Most people don't start herion by injection, but rather snorting, smoking, or other forms of consumption. One can be easily tricked. When I was 15 I smoked a lot of pot, and one of my "friends" thought it would be funny to share a bowl of "coco-puffs" with me, which was pot laced with cocaine. Of course the "joke" was that I wasn't informed until after my heart and body were racing while I was simultaneously high, and pondered out loud as to why.

    Yeah, really funny joke, eh?

  • yeh but they say they were tricked cuz their dumb fuckers.

  • Indeed! Unless one has first had herion in a way that I had the "coco-puffs" then one has NOT been tricked.

I have a very close (a "best" it could even be said) friend who is a recovering herion addict. Was horribly hooked for YEARS, it owned him. How he is still healthy and SO young-looking is beyond me! ANYHOOO, he openly talks about it, from how he started to his breaking free of it. Quite a story, and yes, he's the first to say it was stupid of him to ever start. :)

  • "dogma" backwards? = "AM GOD"

    hahaha :)

  • On a side note -- if you want an artistic representation of heroin, listen to the song of that name by The Velvet Underground.

  • What are you talking about my own definitions?

    You define science, spirituality, wisdom,...

  • LOL, that's pretty low!

  • (reply to roseandbud)

    on science/spirituality:

When I said I don't agree with that statement, I was thinking more along the lines of them ever being able to connect and be complimentary at some point... That was how I was relating to the issue of them being the "same" as each other~by similarity. I just double-checked that thinking process... The thesaurus's entry for "SAME": Well, "SAME" shares this list with the words "DIFFERENT" & "COMPARE". (so maybe I wasn't as far off as I thought?)

  • on knowledge/wisdom:

In my 1st comment, there's a reason WHY I said, "& now for the knowledge/wisdom part". I was addressing them as 2 separate topics~To do otherwise, I think you'd have to 1st establish what word you're assigning to wisdom, & what word you're assigning to knowledge?

(Maybe it'll hel1p if I mention that I think someone who benefits from life-lessons can be wise, too...?)

Yes, truth simply IS~but who's to say that YOU know ALL of what there is to know?

  • DAMN~another typo!

"Maybe it'll HELP..." is what I meant to say.

... I think that's a sign that I shouldn't drag this excessive string of comments on any further~Thanks for participating in this discussion with me~

    ~peace~ :)

  • Science explains how things happen.

Wisdom is accumulated experience and knowledge.

    No.

Because that is what wisdom is.

    Technically possible but unrealistic.

  • ~ok, we could go on for days... but rather than keep it up, I would rather get back to what I was trying to DISCUSS. I think that your seeing it as a DEBATE may have caused you to be so defensive that you missed my message, entirely! I just believe that as far as science vs. spirituality: I don't agree with your statement that, "They are not and never will be the same as each other." And I just think that we wisdom is what is achieved as a result of the knowledge we've acquired over time.

  • "we wisdom" ?!?!?

    WTF?!

DAMN I HATE TYPOS! I meant to delete the we when I changed my wording~

    :)

  • The ancient Greeks used the term "mathematik" in reference to learning in general — not simply numeric learning — and the term "mathemos" still means lesson.

  • "I just want to know God's thoughts. The rest are details."

    ~Einstein

  • Great job ian

  • Your hair is SO beautiful.

  • Personally, I think that we should be looking for ways that science & spirituality are able to lend support for one another~

And as far as the knowledge/wisdom part: I think that I feel as though KNOWLEDGE & WISDOM go hand in hand... Knowledge is just the part that is quantitative, while wisdom is indefinite. Wisdom is the "end" & knowledge is one of the "means"...

  • Scroll down & check out the "BOOK LIST FOR IAN" that I put further down in the comments...

  • "With our modern, 'objective' science-orientated minds, are we even capable of understanding the discoveries of, the wisdom of, the ancient alchemists-even if it's right before us? Physicist Wolfgang Pauli once put it that scientists went too far in the 17th century when they attempted to make everything understandable strictly as objective science..."

  • (continued)

"... By denuding the subjective view from any firm ground, much was lost. In much the same way that modern dictionaries make alchemy a mere shadow of the chemistry to come, modern science has attempted to make the study of the subjective a mere reflection of the objective and reducible science of matter."

  • Read Homer's Odyssey and the part about the island of the Lotus eaters...........thats all you need to know about Heroin.

  • BOOK LIST FOR IAN~

Mind into Matter: A New Alchemy of Science and Spirit

Physics of the Soul: The Quantum Book of Living, Dying, Reincarnation and Immortality

From Science to God: A Physicist's Journey into the Mystery of Consciousness

The Connectivity Hypothesis: Foundations of an Integral Science of Quantum, Cosmos, Life, and Consciousness

Science and the Akashic Field: An Integral Theory of Everything

The Divine Matrix: Bridging Time, Space, Miracles, and Belief

  • good stuff. but i dont think Ian reads too many books. what do you think?

  • hahaha :)

Yea, I already KNOW he doesn't (he's made that statement in the past!), & I don't ACTUALLY think that he'll ever read any of them... but I left the list for other reason:

I wanted to show people that the belief that science and spirituality isn't "set in stone", & that there are people who are doing the research & documenting their results... Some of these people are VERY WELL educated & risk their reputation by putting this out there...

  • (oops~I meant to say that the belief that isn't set in stone, is the belief that they are POLAR OPPOSITES~

    s**t, where's my head @ today?!)

    haha :)

  • ♫♪♫♪♫♪♫♫♪

  • Actually that's left up to the perception of the listener.

    Fucktard. =p

  • "SPIRANGULATION", eh?

    :)

  • LOL, science is an approach to knowledge; spirituality is seeking higher levels of experience, asking deeper questions, and seeking true self.

I think you're confusing spirituality and faith.

Faith says this is what it is regardless of why or how.

In order to find out how 'how' happens does someone need to ask why? If someone stumbles on how 'how' happens does someone than ask why?

  • ... Father TIME??

    ;P

  • Watch this video with a shred of intelligence and you can almost choke on the dense pretentiousness.

rating: 1 (I would give this a zero)

  • wrong

  • So what begets what?

With spirituality comes science? or with science comes spirituality?

    I guess it's subjective?

  • Hey man, I'm joe. Pleasure to meet you Ian. I enjoy submerging spirituality with science, and quantum sciencing my conceptual technology and going "ooooOoOoOh, that's what it looks like." We should hang. We have much in common.

  • "Get all subjective opinion to formulate an objective opinion." No, to 'get all subjective opinion' on a subject is called taking a poll. It has nothing to do with objectivity.

"Merging spirituality with science is part of what science is." Spirituality has nothing to do with science, because spirituality cannot be tested. Science TESTS things, Ian.

You're so dumb any more it's depressing.

  • Right ON!

  • you seem so much happier now good for you and whatever youre doing , its working xoxox love your latest videos sweet thing

  • Here we goes with electro magnetic waves!

  • I don't know about electro magnetic waves, but the filthy smeg-muncher could certainly benefit from Electro Shock Therapy.

  • lol...

  • Did you just say that we should merge all subjective views of a topic to form an objective view? That wouldn't be objective at all!

  • Ian : did you sleep in that shirt ? LOL no hate intended, Just think it's cool that you make videos regardless of what you look like at the time. Makes it real !!!

  • and leech mode is why we all need the Glory of the Father.

  • lol..a fair amount of those construction workers are alcoholics though..you can take that to the bank.

  • Heroin is subjective ???

In our modern world, "God" has no form.

But Inmendham won't acknowledge "God" as merely "a thought".

He'd insist there's a reality of something that is unrecognizable through any of our senses.

Honestly, it would also be incorrect to claim "God" as an idea, because there really is no clear definition of God.

You can't really form an idea of something that can't be described, seen, heard, touched, tasted or smelled.

  • I see you discovered Garry's channel! I saw this as a response to his video. Very interesting...both your video and Garry's.

  • good vid Ian. Remember when you said AIDS was made up? keep em coming your the best.

  • LOL!

  • I love colors on your walls

  • Dude, did you just wake up from sleeping in that shirt? Buy an iron for fuck sake. You obviously have money.

  • nice vid ian...

  • Great video response Ian, my name is Don:)

  • I love the wave length that you travel on Ian, You are an example of the higher consciousness that is growing in all of us more these days, byw, My name is Dave.

  • Jesus H. Christ. If you mistake Crossland's wannabe-pseudo-scientific wishful thinking as being of "a higher conciousnes", you have a VERY long journey ahead of you BEFORE you even finish taking your first step, grasshopper.

  • He does not claim to be a scientist but he does try to connect with his inner self and thoughts, I appreciate the fact that he speaks his mind the way that he see's it. In his own understanding.

  • wow, Ian made a response video for Garry. Has the world gone topsy turvy?

  • You quantumfied the situation well. I am uploading a video response to hopefully open (and close) some more eyes.

  • I wish I could directly communicate with the aliens. I feel them watching us, but I am at a loss for a way to communicate. Wouldn't it be cool to get their take on the whole objectivity/subjectivity thing. I have a feeling they would be able to guide us in the right direction. Instead, they meddle randomly and watch..and meddle..and watch. They are as bad as a ten your old who burns ants or watches with glee the struggles of the flies caught in a spiders web. yes I am kind of wasted atm.

  • i guess i have a means to communicate, i just wish they gave a shit..in a real way..instead of passively watching our species march towards its own destruction.

  • The old showboat song "it's only make believe" comes to mind ... really appreciate the reply. What useful contribution could an addicted person make? Their opinion could only dilute, or distort, the truth. No point in asking a white supremacist what they think about another race. No point in allowing that obviously conditioned, bigoted, and uselessly stupid opinion to have influence on any meaningful evaluation.

  • As for a cop, it is just an instrument of the law, and that preestablished "opinion" is also useless and would impose nothing but presumptive bullshit on fair judgment.

  • """Hey man, I would like to know your name. I am Ian"""

    -Gary

    or

    inbedlem

  • Unblock me Gary!

  • By the same logic, we shouldn't accept the opinion of someone who is depressed and hates his own life, when discussing the meaning of life.

  • For a meaningful evaluation you need to view ALL the available facts, not just those YOU deem meaningful. You fucking freak-haired moron.

  • But then again, who would you ask?

Either way, you're going to get a biased opinion, on any end of the spectrum: [in terms of your heroin example]

-the leader of an anti-drug meeting/group

-the loved one of a deceased heroin addict

-a young, total stranger to the drug

    -a recovering addict

-and the full blown heroin addict...

Basically, how does one determine the value of someone else's opinion?

  • You gotta hear both sides of the story

  • what's up ian. love the quick, righ, headturn. might need to iron ya shirt pimpin'...got be fresh for the hot chicks:)

  • You ever listen to Deepak Chopra Ian?? Just curious. You speak some of the same ideas in a different sort of language. Peace bro.

  • Guinness Dude! Pure Genius.
