not to be mean or nothing, but i run a body building blog, and 2 websites, so, I spend all day long looking at body builders. I don't know if you're just trying to give an update on your progress, but wearing black underwear in your video kills any visibility of your body. Yes we see the femoris muscle at the base, but we don't see any glutes, no pelvic attachment, no lower abs.

how far out are you from a competition and what's up with the traps, they look a bit under developed.
