May I recommend FreeUndelete? Seems useful in recovering deleted (not erased and overwrited) files. If this was sometime recently when you lost the project, there's still a chance that you could get your project (it wasn't deleted three months ago right?).

Anyways, the video was nicely done. ^^

I liked how it wasn't too flashy and how you showed a contrast between slow and actiony parts (though some of the sped up clips didn't look right to me =/ ).
