so,if i wont to run the engine only on water(hidrogen)i need to put baking soda, vinegar and water in the gen(corect me if i misunderstand you)one more question:if you are usin a mixture how much gas does your motor spend per 100km,and if it is possible to rebuild the engine to run only on water, what will happen with performances...thank you:))
You cannot run a normal unmodified car engine off of hydrogen and oxygen from an HHO generator. to do so would not work as the timing of the spark plugs would be out, and you would melt the components inside your engine as they are most likely alloy and not hardened steal. hydrogen burns 3 times hotter than petrol. you can rebuild the engine to run just off hydrogen/oxygen (hydroxy) gas but it would cost a bit. you would need to generate at least 6 liters of gas a minute i am guessing so what i
would do is build a system for home, that makes the gas and stores it in a cylinder, which allows you to fill an internal tank fitted in your modified car, thus instant refill of gas needed.
hi,first i have to say that this is one of the best videos about HHO generators.and I have a few questiones about it...Can the engine work only with hidrogen from the generator, or do i need a mixture of gas and hidrogen to keep the motor running...also i herd about some algies which improve the voltage or whatever...and is it necessary to put a baking soda in the HHO gen. thank you
thanks. to run the engine on hydroxy gas you will need to rebuild the entire engine with better components as it burns a lot hotter. Check out my latest video as i show the solution i use baking soda, vinegar and water.
Yes it will work and in some cases it makes the engine a little cooler. with EFI engines you have to get a MAP sensor adjuster to manually lean out the petrol as its compensated with the gas.
nned more gas production mang! you've got it implemented in the car so thats the real hard part.
use a stainless 316 rod bout 3mm wound in a spiral with 2mm gaps between coils. then use a stainless 316 rod or pipe in the center of this spiral, make sure it is large enough to allow only a small gap between the spiral and the rod, using plastic spacers or whatever. the amp draw will be a bit more around 35amps depending on the total surface area really. but you should see better production.
Very nice. I'm trying to run something similar on an 85 Chevy V8. I know you can set up the wiring so that there's no need for a manual on/off switch in the vehicle. How? I like the idea of piggy backing onto something like the windshield washer motor or other device that's only powered when ignition is on. If anyone knows how to wire this, please message me
no as the amount of gas going into the engine to too small to really make too much of a difference to it. i guess that if you ran it with a lot more gas then changing the timing would be better. at this stage still running on gas/fuel mixture.
it is connected to the ignition. the power comes from the alternator. the setup there uses about 5-6 amps. i am making a better cell as this one isnt very good.
water comes out of all exhausts... its a product of combustion... that jam jar does not make 2 litres of HHO a minute... The positive electrode wont last long, your ripping it to pieces, hence the rusty water...
I live in 30 deg C climate so water usually does not condensate in my exhaust. yeah i agree the cell is a poor design. and i also agree that the cell does not make 2Lpm, as per my previous comment. the cell has been running for a month now and it was just to show that it works. i have made a better cell to replace it, but its got nothing on your ones! btw, the water in that cell now has gone a lemoney yellow does that happen on yours?
I have made dozens and only 2 have discoloured... Once they started to discolour, mine are useless and ruined... pissy yellow is ok, but deep ochre is a sign of failure... The positive donates itself to the reaction...
Hi its me again well to get good production i think its better to go for a series cell and this also will give good efficiency. (ex 15Amps 13 volts 1.2Lpm) Check Zerofossilfuel on Youtube and learn of his findings. happy experimenting.
Hi outie555 you did not tell us what current and what prodction your cell is giving. The water in the exaust is common to all cold starts with or without hho generator as the tail pipe heats up you will see nothing or maybe some steam. The production of hho must be in the regon of say at least 2Lpm to see some drops from the hho gen. You did a good job though.
the current is about 5 amps. not sure of the production per min though, but it is not anywhere near 2Lpm. my car was not producing any water in the exhaust before i installed the unit. i have been tinkering with adding another cell and this did double the water coming out of the exhaust. i have also put the testing for mpg on hold until i get a new gearbox as the bearings are worn. btw do you know how many amps a unit that produced 2Lpm would ruffly draw as thinking about making one.
currently doing some testing on the mpg. should have my first set of official results next week. i dont want to post them without testing them a few times over for accuracy, hence the delay. Hopefully i have improve my mpg.
What is "silencer's water"?. This is a HHO gas generator. The water you see coming out of the exhaust pipe only happens when the engine is cold. After about 10 min i found that the water is coming out as steam from the exhaust. Will it break the engine? only time will tell, but people have been using them for years without any ill effects. Also the driving force for installing this is that my gearbox is making funny noises in 1st/2nd when excellerating, time for a new car anyway!
as above - link to new film. I am using stainless steal sink strainers for the electrodes, just had to bend them to fit in the coffee jar. the positive one looks more "rusty" look to it.

main thing , how much you gained from this HHO unit in MPG ?

how did you set it in the carburator?

Will this work on fuel injection? Does it create a high temp in the engine block?

YES, i'd like to c it + a question: what did you use as mixture in the cell?
Just water + soda? Bcz, it looks yellow

yes please!! do the electrodes corrode? (especially where the oxygen forms) ?? or do you use 316 steel?
