seemingly good excelent guitar playing, but it was to to distorted to really comprehend the improvised parts,(to me, anyways). but i liked ur timing ...most ppl play like a robot, but u choose to to pick when the time is right, not when that particualr quarter note is up....if that makes any sense...plz let me know if it does, cus i'm one of those guys that everyone says is crazy...lol

i learned both the Hendrix version and the SRV version by ear. i dont read tabs or music at all. everything is by ear.

but I can see that all your covers around here are learned by ear, because I can hear small differences between the original tracks and the cover, but that gives your covers originality and I see that this is appreciated!

i know pents...thats about it. the rest is just experience and practice. the small differences you here are just me playin the song how i want to. I really dont like to play things exactly how they are on the original recording. Like Jimi, i never play anything the same way twice. I do know pretty much most of the solos and the songs note for not, but just choose not to play it like that.
