@k3456789 its not a motorcycle, its a motor assisted bicycle. They aren't legal on a lot of roads, so you will only find them in places cyclists already ride.
As for bikes (I'm assuming you are referring to motorcycles) being too dangerous on the street, what makes a three wheeler any safer? Motorcycles do not tip over because the wheels act as gyroscopes. What makes them dangerous are bad drivers (both in cars and on bikes).
