I find this woman completely disingenuous. The drug war is a complete and utter failure. If you don't want drug money going to support terrorism than legalize the plants in question. Of course in that book Larouche highlighted that the control of the global narcotic trade remained in the hands of key people in the UK and , of course the USA . Funny how opium production has increased since the west (USA) went into Afghanistan ! A colleague also mentioned that air america plabes were pulling the shit out of Laos as late as 2000 ..mmmm
