Saw this last night with my friends, as soon as that sun rose I admit I started to well up a little. Nostalgia got the better of me. I honestly thought the 3D wouldn't be noticeable, but it really is effective for scenes like the opening sequence, Be Prepared and the stampede, some scenes don't use it to full effect , but for the big moments, it makes it all that more enjoyable. Doesn't matter though, it was still as good as I remember it! Gotta love the Lion King
