No, squirrels just make that noise. Check my other videos and you'll see them yell like that and then move around. I think he's trying to scare me off or something.

They have claws and can hold on to trees. I saw a squirrel standing up right in the tree making the same noise, hes perfectly fine.

I used to have a screaming squirrel by my old house. It would go to the very top of the telephone pole and scream. It was weird
