what i love about these women is that they say its okay to be yourself and that your beautiful no matter what. you dont need to be a size 0 to be one and i'm talking from experiance. i used to be a big girl and i was always made fun of but i always knew even though they would say things like that to me i was still beautiful

Look, i am not being pessimistic because of how they LOOK i am being pessimistic because of the health picture they are putting out there. That it's OKAY to be obese.
America needs to slim down which will save you BILLIONS of dollars in health costs!
Taxation on fat, sugar and cut taxation on all veggies and fruits and you will slim down faster than you can say GLAMAZONS! =)
Role models in the sense that they break the cultural nors that you need to be a size 0 to be beautiful or talented. And btw the "obesity epidemic" that is refered to alot is non-existant. This "epidemic" includes people who are even a few pounds overweight. And this "epidemic" is based on BMI. BMI was in vented in the 19-th century by a Belgian Mathmetician for a sociological experiment. And according to BMI George Cloony is over-weight. Funy I don't recal George Cloony haveing diabetes at 40.
Obviously obesity is unhealthy. But would you say the same thing about models and other celebrities, whose images cause girls to starve themselves to be skinny? Is THAT healthy? Anyway, the point is not that they're promoting being fat, they're promoting being confident and happy no matter what.
you girls are such an inspiration to me! Im 15 years old and you taught me to go on stage and dance! i was never able to do that before i love you girls thank you sooo much for being the glamazons!
