This guy is technically brilliant but it's a bit mechanical and just lacks a little feeling. I don't think blues should be played so strictly, but hey he's better than me so what do I know? Check out the version of this by Stephan Grossman and you will get a whole different feel/

I think the playing is better than the microphone. Sounds like it could just be a prosumer camcorder microphone. Tim's guitar is hollering, though!

I am 100 years old (almost) and have played with Fred McDowell, Son House, and other younger folks, Tim is one of the best I hava seen and heard. You young folks listen to him and my friend Ernie Hawkins to hear how the old guitar should be played.
