1) SalesBuzz is more conducive to the 2.0 generation as it is live online sales training mixed with on demand eLearning.
2) I specialize in phone sales and share the same sales techniques that helped me achieve the level of success I was after so I know for a fact it works and I'm simply passing on what others have taught me (along with my own updated techniques)
mike, nice job. i really like the module concept you have there. would love to know your thoughts about the sandler sales method. they are very non-traditional.

hats off to you good stuff. I have been in sales pretty much all my life and needed to get reset my way of thinking this definitly helped.
