Its funny, i never had hair growing on my neck(passed end of hair line) until a older barber shaved my neck without asking/telling me.. I just felt the razor run down my neck... Needless to say it only happened once, however now hair grows on my neck and forces a hair cut at least once a week.. so people who say saving don't grow hair back longer/darker or completely wrong as far as I"m concerned..

Well, I saw people having the treatment in a television programme and it helped them so... Side-effects that can occur after laser hair removal treatments, including itching, redness, and swelling around the treatment area.

I would search it up if I were you. There's a lot of information :')

In the end you still have to get some touch-ups (because it will keep growing, just not that much anymore )
